www.eliterunningcoach.com has been developed by Gavin Smith, the founder of the Kenya Experience. Gavin coached alongside the world famous Renato Canova as his Assistant Coach from early 2011 until the end of 2013 with great Kenyan runners including Abel Kirui (Olympic Silver 2012, 2x World Champion 2009 & 2011) and Florence Kiplagat (Berlin Marathon Winner 2011 & 2013 and current WR Half Marathon).

Whatever your goals or targets Elite Running Coach can provide tailor made training programs and coaching advice to help you progress your running.

Gavin has a comprehensive understanding of and experience with Coach Canova’s training systems and methods, as well as years of experience of adapting and applying these methods to runners at all levels of the sport.
